Interviewing High Hope Leaders
Oct 4, 2005
There is an increased emphasis in psychology today on defining and measuring positive constructs such as optimism and hope. Yet a majority of the research in hope theory has come from the quantitative paradigm. Given that hope is largely intentional in nature, I recently wrote a proposal describing how I would conduct a qualititative study to understand hope from the interior perspective of leaders. Read about The Hope Scale and how more opened ended interview questions might further complement our understanding of personal goal-setting.

Visionary Leadership in World Futures
Sep 11, 2005
Can historical studies of leaders, informed by biographical research methods and visionary leadership research, help non-governmental leaders sharpen their approach to the human and planetary challenges facing the 21st century? The Pattern of Biblical Transformation
June 17, 2002
We talk about the power of the Cross and the Resurrection, but very rarely correlate this to the larger act of God in transformating all things. In June of 2002 I spoke on the subject of Biblical Transformation. I proposed that the dynamic of biblical transformation from Old to New covenants can provide a template for understanding change in any creative endeavor in God's creation. Read my full paper on this subject.
