Over the past two years I have set my sights higher. I've climbed higher as leader, and I want to help you reach your peak.
My journey to peak performance was a process. Like all athletes, it started in training. Through it all I've lost 30 pounds and gained some much needed upper body strength. I no longer am worried about managing my time, but focusing my energy on creative projects of the day.
Beyond improving my step, I've developed my sight. For the past two years I've immersed myself in "foresight" literature. Along the way, I've become increasing self-reflective about how we as leaders make sense of the future, and act on it.
Whatever your background, wherever you live, I am convinced you can climb the rock that is higher. As a leader, you can reach a higher state of living, and bring transformation to those around you.
I am pleased to have launced a new venture the summer of 2003 with my partners, PeakFutures, Inc., as a leadership coaching firm. Our focus is on "helping leaders climb higher and see further." Through keynotes, training, curriculum and consulting, I will be sharing how to transform your own leadership and organization.
Our priorities since launching have been: 1) build up this web site, 2) teach graduate courses on "Strategic Foresight" and 3) produce a series entitled "Pathways to Foresight." And in the more recent past, I launched various web seminars where you can join me live online to sharpen your life-skills.
Until then, please add me to your address book, and send me your contact information.
