From 1995 to 1999, I edited the leading turn of the
millennium bulletin for civic leaders, academics and consultants called
"Let's Talk 2000." The monthly issue archives are in the right column.
This modest Talk 2000 home page was originally hosted by Humber College
in Toronto and reproduced below. At the same time, the University of South
California hosted a scholarly list on contemporary millennialism, called,
AD2000-L which I moderated. That list is still active in the year 2000.
If you like talk radio, you will love talk computer!
Here is where we talk about all kinds of things related to the millennial
year 2000--its folklore, its festivities and its future impact on the
third millennium. View Talk 2000 invitation.
As you can see, this is not just an electronic magazine where
others do all the work and you read the results! Talk 2000 is also an
electronic conference which allows practically anyone, anywhere in the
world, to join this global town meeting on the new millennium.
If you like what you see, you are welcome to receive a free
subscription via e-mail to the Talk 2000 forum through our daily Mailing
List: 2000ad-L.
